PROPOSAL TO AMEND THE FWSA BYLAWS

The Far West Ski Association Board of Directors and Board of Trustees recommend a YES vote on the attached proposal to amend the corporation bylaws. 

Click on the "button link” below to view the proposed changes that will be put to a vote at the 93rd Annual Convention in San Diego, CA on Sunday, June 14, 2026. 

The proposed changes are shown in RED and include substantive changes in Section 5, and verbiage only clean up in Sections 5, 6 and 7.
